About TIP Mediation Services

TIP Mediation Services is a dispute resolution directory and education organization dedicated to the resolution of intellectual property, technology-related and commercial disputes. TIP's mission is to make available trained mediators with experience in intellectual property, technology and/or commercial disputes who have the ability to understand the complex issues in dispute and the expertise to facilitate a negotiated resolution. TIP is also committed to educating current and prospective litigants about the benefits of mediation.
